Personally I thought this was a great Continuation of the story, like others I went into the first season without any real high hopes, but I enjoyed it. It was Funny, Nice, Sad & easy to get hooked. The second season was Pretty much the same, though the difference I noticed was the fact that this one was more character related. It had episodes focused on Yuuki,Chizuru,Kaname & Shun. Each one with their own different kind of story & because of that you get a better in-depth view of the characters.
