The Sports genre is a genre I like very much because of the fact that it is always driven by it's characters and each and every character have some depth and the main protagonist usually has a lot of depth. Area no Kishi does this but in a completely average way, and in this specific case it is about a sport that I personally find very exhillirating, and they somehow made it completely bland.
Firstly there is the premise of the show where the main character Kikeru was a football player, but being in his brothers shadow made him quit the sport and become the manager
...
of the team instead. Eventually Kikeru goes through a ltragic event that brings his passion for the game back. I personally reallty like the premise of the anime but in my opinion the show didn't explore the story the right way and is why I give it a 7, because it most definitely had promise, but personally didn't capitalise on the promising premise.
Let me talk about the main characters Kakeru, Kakeru's brother Suguru and finally the Love interest Nana. Firstly there is the main protagonist Kakeru who I personally really liked and was most definitely the highlight of this show, but I feel like they missed out on some of the opportunties when it came to his character. Next we have Suguru who I also really like and I felt like his character was the best in the show at least from what I watched since I could only watch the first 5 episodes before I was bored. Finally we have Nana, and I am usually up for romance in any genre but this time it just felt wrong, something was off I don't know how to explain it, but I am pretty sure it is because I did not enjoy this character in the slightest and is where this show starts to lose points. Firstly her character isn't really developed from what I have seen, which is a problem since she is the main female protagonist of the show, and then the fact that I have literally seen no flaw in this character as of yet she is completely perfect and hence completely unrelatable and in this specific genre I expect good characters that do make mistakes, this character is amazing at football(soccer), she is also kind and there for everything Kakeru needs, I assume she is also smart since she knows all the technical details about football as well, she has literally shown no flaws as of yet, and I knew I had to drop it when I noticed that I was literally skipping episodes because she was in the whole episode.
Let me put this out there I like football and therefore do tend to judge this a bit more stricter than other sports anime out there.
The art and sound was really nothing special.
And as you can guess I didn't enjoy this show thanks to Nana, I might of been able to if she wasn't integral to the story of this show, but she is, so that's that

Angel Densetsu is about a Kid named Kitano Seichirou that is very kind and caring of other people, however the problem lies with his face where he looks as some people in the show put it like a "Demon" or "Devil", and as you could probably guess this doesn't exactly make it easy for him when he tries to make friends, in where he has these hilarious situations occur when he makes new acquaintances.
There isn't much to go off of when it comes to this anime since there are literally two episodes, but I personally think that those two episodes were good, unfortunately for anyone
...
that doesn't like cliffhangers this does end on one, where either this show was supposed to go on which would make more sense since this is personally the first anime i have come across with only two 20 min episodes, or they were trying to promote the original source material, a manga by the same name. So if you don't like the idea of reading the manga I would honestly just skip this. I do not want to go into characters or the story because like I said there really is nothing to go off. It was fun while it lasted though, and too bad they didn't continue.

Hi this is my first review on MAL. I have no idea why my first is on this anime since I really didn't enjoy this much. So lets get to the review.
Stroy-6/10
The story in my opinion actually has promise, however the reason why this it got a 6 and not anything higher was because it wasn't handled well. I really have to point out the fact that while deaths in this story do give it a certain feel of realism, they overuse it since from the top of my head I can count at least 5 deaths from our protagonists. I am 100% sure that
...
there are even more than this though. Which Kind of makes it repetitive especially since we usually are let in on their backstory before the deaths happen, so you can usually predict what is going to happen. Other than that the story was actually decent but in my opinion personally a story and characters go hand in hand, if the characters are boring the story tend to also lack substance. While Amazing chracters can save a mediocre story.
Character- 3/10
This is in my opinion the most important factor of any piece of visual experience be it Movies, TV shows or Anime. As I said before good characters are essential in any story, and this is where Akame Ga Kill! was lacking the most. The character while actually not bad since I can't think of any character out of our protagonist that I despised, they literally never developed for any but the main protagonists, and as I said, just before their deaths were we let in on their past so it just got repetitive and the character felt one dimensional, so when they did die I was like aww sh*t she/he just died, thats sad then moved on like nothing ever happened in fact I actually would have probably forgotten of the characters that did die, if their weren't constant reminders an example would be Shell for example I'm not that is how you write her name or not, but I'm talking about the girl that had those huge scissors. But if we weren't always seeing mine talk about her or that girl with the tiny panda I would definitely have forgotten about her character. The only chracter that did get some development and still not much in my opinion was Esdeath and Tatsumi, we could see that while this woman was evil she was actually feeling something, at least that is how I felt. Then Tatsumi was the main character so it only make sense for developmet to take place, but even then it was minimal we saw how his outlook on life changed and how he changed from some decently powerful guy that was innocent to an assassin with conviction for justice.
Art-9/10
There isn't much to say here except I felt like the entire anime had good art and the action scenes were beautiful. Unfortunately this doesn't make an anime good or bad, unless the Art is unbearable.
Sound-7/10
Again not much to say the sound effect wer well done, but I didn't like the opening too much.
Enjoyment- 4/10
I enjoyed the series for its Action scenes, but not much else I also like the world they had created, but it could have been handled better. I could may be been better if they had more time, but even then I'm not 100% sure they could of done a better job since it was just poorly written and it could of felt too slow. So did I ejoy it I guess but it definitely isn't one of the best Anime out there.
Overall-4/10
