Arakawa Under the Bridge and Inu x Boku SS revolves around weird, quirky people in one location. Except that Inu x Boku SS revolves around the 1%, and Arakawa revolves around the 99%(with an additional 1%ter)

Both are slice of life stories about working in a customer-based environment. But Working!! emphasises on employee humor (think Office Space or Fast Food Nation) whereas Hanasaku Iroha is more drama-based. However, Working!! is still a good series if you liked HanaIro.

Yakitate!! Japan is basically Gurren Lagann with bread instead of mecha. Whereas Gurren Lagann is basically Yakitate!! Japan with mecha instead of bread. And both have Marina Inoue. And both have the same common sense-breaking power up style that makes both of them great.
