I give this anime a 3. I tried watching and watching this show but no, it doesn't work. Find it way to childish. I believe people can find it enjoying to watch when they just want to disconnect sometimes but there is nothing in this show which makes it deserve a 8.3 in rating.

I can explain 1 of many scenes why i find this too silly and the fights boring. There is one fight in the early episodes when they fight a clown pirate "Buggy". A cannon gets loaded, Zoro flips it so it is pointed towards the pirates (they are like 2 meter ... away). For 5 seconds they just stand there like in old cartoons, not moving and then gets shot. There is maaany more silly fights which aren't even fun to watch.

If you are looking for a Adventure anime aimed for more grown up people then watch Hunter x Hunter. Full metal alchemist is all right as well.

It was a really beautiful and tear jerking movie. I saw one review saying that the character development was bad but that's not true at all. A tip is to check that persons anime list and see what rating they give to different animes.

If you liked Your name, A silent voice, Hotarubi no Mori e. Then you'll like this one as well.

So at this point i don't know what to write so i guess i'll just type this sentence meanwhile i slowly drag my mouse pointer to the submit button and post this review.

The movie started pretty good actually. Compared to the anime it wasn't as great but both the anime and this movie failed towards the ending. They made a typical "friendship solves everything" movie. If we look past the ending then the movie itself was really entertaining.

I gave it a seven completely based because of the ending. If they would have made the ending different it would have gotten a 8 or a 9. Somehow the author always manage to pull off a great start and continues doing so during the whole movie/anime series until the ending comes. With both the series and the movie ... it felt like someone else took over and wrote the ending because it feels so lame.

Anyway the art, sound, action goes up to a 8 or 9. So i recommend watching this if you watched the series. You will be dissapointed of the ending if you're not a kid. Since the ending is like the Fairy tail series.

The concept and story is actually great. Many people who gives this anime a bad rating is because they didn't understand everything in the movie. It's a nice and interesting movie. I recommend it.

So this review will be short and not like those 4 pages reviews which no one has energy to read. The anime started good but it should have ended after episode 12, if you plan to watch it, end it at episode 13 after that the anime becomes episodic and there is no real plot. Could have been a pretty good anime but for me its just a mediocre at best.
