Overview:
Another entry in the Souta Sugahara cinematic universe, in this timeline we see a giant enemy spider attack the city and kill Sunero and Jaita, two of Tonio's friends, right in front of him as he stands dumbfounded and in pure shock. The animation here is excellent - the frozen deadpan stare that Tonio shows in this sequence is nothing short of emotionally breaking. mech and defeat the giant enemy spider with the power of heat-seeking missiles.
Soundtrack:
As a music video, the music is truly the main focus of this work, and provides an upbeat action-paced rock symphony to provide the backdrop to this video. No major flaws at all.
Visuals and Animation:
Truly the standout feature of Souta Sugihara's works, the 3D cgi animation here is reminiscent of early PS/PC era graphics to provide a beautiful retro aesthetic to the animation. In fact I prefer this to the director's later more modern works.
Overall: 9/10 it's great.
