This Will be a very short, no spoiler review.
This is the pinnacle of a harem rom-com. We've reached the peak everyone, you can go home.
No but really, this rom-com harem is what every other rom-com harem is trying to be. Now it's not that good of a show, but it does exactly what it sets out to do, and it does it well. OreShura came in, gave us what we wanted, and didn't overstay it's welcome. It's very tongue-in-cheek, and at moments it had me laughing out loud. I definitely recommend to watch this show, even if you don't like harem, or rom-com.
Story(5):
...
The story is kinda bland, and it's mainly just an excuse for the shenanigans that Kidou and his harem do.
Art(10): I'm not an artist, but the animation and art is very easy on the eyes, and perfectly fits the tone of the show.
Sound(8): Voice Acting is great, the music isn't too bad, and the sound effects are pretty accurate as well.
Character(8): I don't have a problem with a single character in the show, even the protagonist.
Enjoyment(9): Like I said, an uplifting rom-com harem that is very enjoyable.
Overall(8): This is a very low eight, but I can't justify giving it only a 7.

No Spoiler Review.
While I really enjoyed this anime, and am giving it a decent score, I will be mainly talking about it's shortcomings in this review. Tsurezure suffers from having too many main characters, which a lot of shows suffer from, but usually not this heavily. If you don't know already, each episode is around 12 minutes, and there are 12 episodes so far in the series. The amount of actual time that this show has is not NEARLY enough to flesh out the amount of characters it has, making each character not really have much of a personality, and making it hard to make
...
a connection with any characters. That being said there are likable characters, in fact all of the characters are likable, their just unfulfilling.
Story(7): There are multiple stories in this show, and each one of them is good; however, each story is basically developed in the same way. Because each story gets so little screen time, it's hard for us to care about what's happening. Nonetheless, each story is at least a little unique, and fun to watch.
Art(9): I don't know much about art, but I can tell you that this is very easy on the eyes. It's a little too bright for my tastes, but is still nice to look at.
Sound(7): The voice acting is pretty good, and so is the sound editing. Unfortunately the music is not. I don't know why but A LOT of anime seem to use basic triads, and the same chord progression, (which is common in modern music) but it's still just dull listening to it.
Character(5): Worst and Best aspect of the show. The reason to watch Tsurezure Children, if not the art, is the variety in the characters. However, like I said already, too much variety can be a bad thing. Each character is likable, but at the same time paper thin. There's not really any depth. I understand that is kinda what the show is going for, but it makes it hard to make a connection to the characters and to the story.
Enjoyment(8): Despite all my criticism's, there is not a moment in the show that I am bored, and there is not a moment I don't enjoy. It's a fun watch, and I definitely recommend it.

Late, No spoiler review.
I was never going to write a review for this anime, but I feel like I have to do what little I can do to clear it's name. For some reason people like to hate on this anime, maybe because they think it's overrated, but I feel like the amount of hate Mirai Nikki gets is unwarranted. I understand that everyone is entitled to their very own opinion; however, I feel like Mirai Nikki is being treated a little unfairly. Now I will be honest, Mirai Nikki was the first ever anime I watched, so I may be a little biased towards
...
it, but I will try to be as impartial as I can be. Anyway here is my honest review of Mirai Nikki
Story(9): A lot of criticism for this show comes from the story. Mirai Nikki has fast start, and continues to gain speed throughout the entire show. Their really is not a dull moment in the entire show. To avoid spoilers I will not go to in depth, but while Mirai Nikki may start out as an unoriginal plot, it develops into it's very own show unique from any other. It is very dark, and cynical.
Art(7): I'm not really an artist, but I didn't really have any with the animation watching this. It's quite visually appealing actually.
Sound(7): Sound effects and music is nothing exceptional, nor is it sub par.
Character(10): Here we go. Of all categories, and of all the reviews I've read, this category has been bashed the most. However, I believe that the character writing is the strongest part of the whole show. There are two main characters, Yukiteru Amano, and Yuno Gasai. Each character is unique, and interesting, but I will be talking about one character, and it ain't Yuno Gasai. I believe that Yukiteru Amano is THE most realistic character in all of anime. PERIOD. People bash Yuki because he's pathetic, or annoying. But guess what, HE IS A 14 YEAR OLD BOY. What makes Mirai Nikki so special is that it threw a realistic 14 year old boy into a nightmarish anime, and said go. Yuki goes through a traumatic, psychological roller coaster, and it is what makes his character so interesting.
Enjoyment(9): If you like non stop action, and psychological thrillers, than you will no doubt enjoy this anime.

I'm going to treat this as a no spoiler review for both Ookiku Furikabutte (prequel), and Ookiku Furikabutte: Natsu no Taikai-hen.
Story(8): Now I haven't watched many sports anime (Hajime no Ippo, and One Outs), but I'd say that this qualifies as a better than decent sports anime. It treats each game that the team plays as equal, and has a generally high stakes atmosphere every game. When watching this anime the episodes will fly past you, and leave you on the edge of your seat. However; the sports aspect of this show is not what makes it stand it out IMO.
Art(7): Nothing really special,
...
but not too hard on the eyes. I'm not an artist nor do I know much about how to make art, but it's easy to look at.
Sound(8): Now unlike the art aspect, I can go fairly in depth about the sound and music, being a musician myself. Again the sound, and scoring isn't anything special. The music is rather lazily put together seeing as it's a formulaic 4 chord progression. However the sound editing is good. Having been to a few baseball games myself, I'd say that the effects and sounds are pretty accurate.
Character(9): What REALLY make this anime shine are the characters. One character in particular. Ren Mihashi is probably one of the more likable characters in all of anime. While Ren is probably an exaggerated character, he is very relatable, and has exceptional development. But Ren doesn't get all the attention. Ookiku doesn't neglect to develop it's side characters. A lot of members of the team have their very own story, and their very own development.
Enjoyment(8): As much as you can praise a show or a movie for brilliant writing, special effects, directing, the only thing that really matters is how much you enjoyed yourself while watching it. After all, it is entertainment. And this show doesn't have a shortage of entertaining and exciting moments. I recommend this to any sports anime fan, and to any fan of good characters.
