Both are anime set in a unique world, with a military style to them, as we follow young people in the midst of a war of sorts. Tanya the evil is set in an alternate world, on the verge of starting world war one, similar to our own, but magic technology, and mages exist in this world, fighting in the war. We followa very young girl, who is one of the strongest forces fighting in the war. Attack on titan follows people who are fighting back against giant humanoid man-eating creatures

Both of these anime are very well known, and two of the most popular anime starting in 2016. They have similaries, with one main difference, rezero focuses on a darker storyline, and konosuba focuses on comedy. In both, a young boy is transported to a video game rpg like world, both are very well known, and enjoyable. I think someone who likes one, will enjoy the other later, but should expect a change in tone. In sao, a boy enters a virtual reality game alongside many others, and finds that they cannot leave, and the story follows from there, as he and many other gamers try to beat the game as it's there only way of getting out (and avoid dying ingame, which will lead to their real bodies dying) Im konosuba, the boy runs into a few different female characters, and they set up a guild with an end goal to defeat the demon lord. However inbetween they run into different funny quests, and situations.

Akiba's Trip The Animation

Both are very enteratining comedy anime, which are kinda similar. Konosuba features a group of people in a rpg game world completing quests, and akiba's trip features a group of people trying to protect a shopping town, from creatures who posess people, who are defeated when all their clothes are stipped off (weird concept lmao). Both feature an over the top male protagonist, and a group of female characters that work alongside them. The akiba trip anime is based on a game, but i didnt play the video game, and really enjoyed it.

I think someone who likes one, will enjoy the other later, but should expect a change in tone. sao focuses on drama, and konosuba focuses on comedy. its fun to watch konosuba after, because it makes fun of the common tropes shown in sao In rezero, theres an interesting addition to this series where he has the ability to return to previous times after his death as a form of retry. and only he can remember what happened. This leads to him going through many traumatic deaths, as he tries to save the girl he has fallen for, and the world alongside it. Both of these anime are very well known, and represent a teenage boy stuck in an rpg game like world. Personally i prefer rezero quite a bit, because of its darker tone, and mysterious aspect, but i really like both of these anime. In sao, a boy enters a virtual reality game alongside many others, and finds that they cannot leave, and the story follows from there, as he and many other gamers try to beat the game as it's there only way of getting out (and avoid dying ingame, which will lead to their real bodies dying) In rezero, a boy is mysteriously transported to an rpg video game like world, but there's an interesting addition to this series where he has the ability to return to previous times after his death as a form of retry. I love both anime, and I think people who enjoy one will enjoy the other -Both are set in a school, where students are taught unconventionally -Both classes taught by a unique teacher with abilities (who teaches them to fight) -In one, students are trained to be assassins, in the other they are trained to use their superpowers -Both have a main young teen male protagonist who seems weak at first, but becomes very strong -There is comedy to both, but they still have a lot of interesting storylines Recommend trying either if you liked the other, want beginner anime, like superhero movies/shows, like strong young teenage characters

Two of my fav anime, both are very similar, and easy to get into -Both are set in a world of superheroes, and villains. -Both are really funny, but still have interesting storylines. -Both have a likeable, powerful protagonist, who want nothing more than to be a hero. -Both feature a few interesting hero side characters. -Both give similar, but different looks into a society created by the introduction of powered heroes/villains Recommend trying if you like superhero related movies/shows, looking for beginner anime, want an anime that is funny but not completely a comedy
