This is a manga where the captured princess is not the damsel in distress. She does what she likes and will do what ever it takes to achieve a good nights sleep. This usually causes trouble for the demons as they have to clean up the mess she has caused.
What about the hero party coming to her rescue? Does the princess even care? The answer is nope. She just wants to sleep.

to conjure up equipment for the sake of sleep, meanwhile sabotaging the demons plans and the heroes progress alike inadvertently. Often oblivious of the consequences of her actions (and she doesn't care either), all for the sake of sleep.
This manga can be easily described as a unique story with unique characters, very different from the usual cliche fantasy stories. It's also packed full of funny references. You will not regret reading this and you will definitely laugh a lot in the process.

This movie has a rather unique story, but that alone does not make a good movie. The combination of the beautiful visuals and music coupled with the engaging story is what makes this a masterpiece.
Story
The story is told in the point of view of the 2 main characters. It fits together nicely in a continuous story and leaves no room for confusion about what is happening at what time. Whilst the plot is simple at first, more questions are raised as you continue. It keeps you engaged in the story without being too boring or confusing. Whilst the story may seem predictable at first,

it was this preconception that initially drew me into this movie and compelled me to carry on watching.
The story was well paced; Nothing felt dragged out to too rushed. Each element of the story was meticulously done. The romance especially was unique and must be given credit as I felt that it was hard to pull off. This is due to the fact that it must be done in a way the characters do not encounter each other but shows the development of the relationship between them. The supernatural genre and element of mystery was captivating, coupled by beautiful visuals and appropriate music, leaving viewers in a relative suspense.
After finishing this movie, there may be questions the viewers raised and have not been answered. These are however, most likely not crucial to the storyline. There are always things unanswered and this is something that most anime with the supernatural genre share. By no means does this mean that the ending was unsatisfying. In my opinion, it could not have been done any better than it already has.
Art
The art is very beautiful with the animation style and quality being consistent throughout. Different moods are brought about with different colours and lighting eg. bright colours creating a peaceful and harmonic atmosphere. The characters are well drawn and fluidly animated whilst the landscapes are so detailed it is seemingly brought to life. In my opinion it cannot be criticised.
Sound
The background music is crucial in helping create the atmosphere within this movie, coupled with the visuals. They enhance the mood of the scene and really drives home the feeling and atmosphere the author had wanted to portray. The voice actors have also done a marvellous job in bringing the characters to life. They completely captured the feelings the characters wanted to portray with their amazing voice acting.
Character
The development of the characters well done. As the 2 main characters ‘interact’ with each other, they begin to change each other. It is enjoyable to see this change, especially the growth of the characters. The side cast are not developed any more than necessary as to not lose focus of the main characters. However, this does not mean the side cast lacked any depth. They were able to fulfil their roles in this movie whilst keeping our focus on the main characters.
Enjoyment
I absolutely enjoyed every moment, every second of this remarkable movie. In my opinion, it is a masterpiece. I believe that everyone, even non-anime fans would enjoy this movie as it is meticulously done in every aspect with an engaging story. I could see myself re-watching this movie many times in the future and the enjoyment of watching it would not be inferior to the first time you watch it in any way.
Overall, it was a very memorable movie. I could see myself losing sleep, thinking of how wonderful this movie was. I can say with confidence that you will not regret watching it.

This manga is not for everyone. It portrays a lot of the dark side of human nature in an exaggerated manner. You will see that many characters you will instantly hate. This includes our main character. But, one of the reasons I like this manga so much is because of the amazing character development for our main character. He turns from a naive cocky douchebag to a hero deserving respect. Seeing this change from the beginning till the end makes you very proud of him.

has the science fiction tag, some of these enemies just don't really fit in. I must praise the author for their abundant imagination similar to Berserk to be able to create such monstrosities.
The art is different from other manga but I think it suits this story. It is also very consistent and well drawn.
Many will drop this manga when they read the only beginning but those that continue will begin to see the real gem hidden within. Overall, I loved it. It is by no means perfect, but given the amount of enjoyment I had from reading this manga, I give it a 10/10.

This manga turned out to be something different from what it appears to be at glance.
In the beginning we would think that this manga is just like any other manga, full of fan service and a rather pathetic guy. The synopsis is misleading your preconception of what this manga really is. The mystery genre is the real gem of this manga. It keeps teasing you and makes you yearn for more. As we read more we start to think about the mysteries in this manga such as how they got to this island. Don't let ecchi genre throw you off, there is very little

of those scenes.
In terms of character development, as we learn more about our main character, we soon start to see him being put in situations where he begins to mature and become more reliable. There isn't exactly situations where they battle for survival but they need to adapt to the situation they are in.
If you are looking for a relatively short but interesting read that will keep you engaged and wanting more, feel free to give this manga a go.

Despite it's looks, this was actually quite a good manga. The genderbending magical girl element surprisingly doesn't make me cringe.
The story is very simple. It's about Hayato Juumonji, a middle aged man who aspires to be a hero and carry out justice. Problem is, whenever he transforms he turns into a magical girl (Literally a little girl).
It is quite entertaining to see him running into trouble and dealing with them whilst in that form and also interacting with people which may cause misunderstandings and all sorts of other troubles. It also makes you wonder what is going to happen in the future

as he continues being a hero. Will he be known as a freak who transforms into a little girl or the magical girl that defeats the bad guys? (He's not going to be happy with either one).
The art is not very impressive and is quite simple. However this actually quite suit this kind of manga in my opinion.
There wasn't much character development. It's just mainly on Hayato and his hero career. The villains mostly are just there to be there. They only serve to create a situation to put our main character into action.
Overall I really enjoyed this manga. There aren't many series about a middle aged man transforming into a magical girl so I found this quite unique. You don't have to be a fan of genderbending or the magical girl genre to enjoy this series. For the most part it feels like a normal 'hero defeating villians/monster' kind of story.

What is true love? Many of us always ask this question. It must be hard for a deaf person and a blind person to even communicate. How did they fall in love?
This manhwa presents us the perfect tear jerking story with this setting.
This manhwa illustrates clearly answers the question to what true love is. It show's us that within bitterness there is always a hint of sweetness.
There is a saying that 'You never know what you have until it is lost', the main character goes through this and learns to cherish what he has left. A truly touching story.
The art is simple

but good. It shows us the points of view of both characters at times so we can comprehend how their world is like. The character development is also good. We look at each characters present and a flashback would tell us of their past.
There is also some comedy and funny parts which makes you laugh at times.
Overall, this is an outstanding story. Clearly illustrating how happiness can be achieved despite all the hardships one may go through. It also demonstrates true love, where the characters depend on each other to get through these hardships.

At what point does a machine become alive? To answer this question, the word 'alive' would have to be defined. We all know that machines are not alive, but what if one had free will and consciousness? Perhaps being alive requires emotions such as love.
Story-
In Chobits, it demonstrates the love between man and robot. It's set in a time where the use of Persocoms are widespread like mobile phones and demonstrates a possible scenario where a man falls in love with a robot. The story contained some comedy that made me laugh at times but also showed a more serious mood at times.

Art-
Overall the art was very good. I can't really expect anymore from it. The animation for the opening theme was done really well in my opinion.
Sound-
The music is utilised very well. Especially the opening theme of Chobits. It is somewhat unique and memorable. It also carries meaning and so I think it fits really well with this anime.
Character-
The development was also done well. The characters begin to realise their feelings for each other and this was expressed really well in this anime. It was done in a way we can clearly observe.
Enjoyment-
This anime given me more than just enjoyment, it also taught me many things. It has also gotten me hooked on anime.
Overall-
This show is one of the best. It has a unique storyline that was done very well from start till finish, utilising comedy, drama and romance. It teaches you many things and also makes you question about the what makes us alive at times. This anime is one of those which leave a deep impression and is very memorable. Definitely a masterpiece and is recommended.

Damn! This is one of a kind! Rarely does any story have borderline yaoi/yuri and still makes me carry on reading.
The Gender Bender genre may be considered weird for many people. But it's definitely not as bad as you think! In fact, it's good! This manga sort of explores forbidden love, trust and friendship. It shows the power of love in this world!
This manga is very romantic and has elements of comedy. The storyline is also very interesting. Has anyone actually thought 'what if i switched genders and fell in love with someone?' This manga shows how Momoi and Akira deals with this

Once you read the first few chapters, you are drawn in to the story. There is no turning back. The only choice is to keep reading.

This is definitely a masterpiece. It has a very touching story with a plot twist which was totally unexpected. This movie brings you a bittersweet taste.

It's very unique I should say. It combined a little bit of science fiction as well as romance. Chobits is the only other anime I know of that managed to do this. So what would you do if your lover has died and a robot came to you as a replacement? The movie Hal explores this scenario. ending however, requires a little more thinking to understand the story.

There wasn't much character development, but this was probably due to the short length of the film. Despite this, I'd say they did a good job. You learn a lot more about the characters background than you would expect.
Art: 10
I loved the art. I think the characters are drawn very well.
Sound: 9
The sound was utilized very well in this movie. It was used to create atmospheres that give the audience different thoughts and feelings at different scenes.
Overall: 10
I enjoyed this movie very much. I'm slightly disappointed that the movie is only 1 hour long and felt a bit rushed, but despite this they have done very well in making this movie. There are some parts which are not explained and possibly confusing. This may have been done deliberately for the audiences interpretation. I think this is definitely a masterpiece.

Tenshi na Konamaiki is certainly a one of a kind. This anime has an amazing storyline. Some of us may question what happens if a male suddenly becomes a female. This anime highlights both strengths and weaknesses of being a man or woman, whilst telling a good story of Megumi and how she gets on with daily life.
Watching this anime has been very enjoyable, with the comedy that makes you laugh ever so often and the sweet storyline that keeps you watching it.
The artwork cannot be seen as new, however the artwork does not influence the good story of an anime. I personally think that

the artwork of this anime is great.
My only criticism is that to get a better understanding of the events in Tenshi na Konamaiki, you may need to read the last few chapters of the manga for answers.
Other than this I think the anime was outstanding.
