My first review just had to be for Spice and Wolf.
Story: 9 The story line was really well, Friar Lawrence agrees to accompany Holo on their way to Yoitsu, which is Holo's home, while taking action in the trade business. The relationship between the two throughout the anime only made it better. There is some action but a lot of dialogue which I'm fine with since I enjoyed it.
Art: 9 The art was very well done for a 2008 anime. The artwork that was presented to us for the time setting of spice and wolf, made it feel even

more real. They did well in showing the naked scenes for Holo, they didn't get in detail and that only made the anime much better (in my opinion)
Sound: 10 The opening songs prepared you to enter the world of spice and wolf so well. I made a separate playlist just for spice and wolf since the music that's used is so different than what you hear in other animes (at least the ones I've watched) And the ending was kind of comedic on holos personality. The songs they picked for this anime was magnificent.
Character: 10 It was very entertaining for me to watch Friar Lawrence "protect" Holo throughout the story. Holo loves to tease Lawrence and they're both pretty funny in these situations. The amount of supporting cast only made this show much better, as it only deepened the trust between these two. Although Holo was different from the average girl, it was enjoyable to watch her put up with Lawrence and vise versa.
Enjoyment: 10 Although this anime was excellent, I believe it would have a different impact on you if it was watched more than once. This was one of those animes where if I had any amount of free time, it was going to this when I was watching it. I enjoyed the music quite much, as the opening stirs me up every time I listen to it.
Overall: 10 Although it has been months since I've watched the series, I can't stop thinking about its. I believe every body should try this out, since it's different from most animes, and is quite enjoyable. This anime is so far my favorite one, and it could only be better if they continued the series.
