My theory is "What if the treasure Baggy is looking for is an ancient weapon?
I noticed that some members of the Xebec crew know the existence of the things that the GM hides to the world, as for example Kaido in chapter1010 who says to Luffy : "You too could not become Joy Boy".
I think it is possible that Rocks D Xebec knows the existence of Im-sama and the (forgotten century) and knew that to reach the One Piece (an element of the forgotten century) it is necessary to have the ancient weapons that could pass through the doors that lead to the One Piece, because the simple fact of reaching the area is company of the ancient weapons is enough to unlock the passage, or that only Pluto dragged by the kings of the seas is able to pass Laugh Tale and reach the One Piece. Since the beginning of the manga Baggy never stops looking for where Captain John hid his treasure which I recall would be an ancient weapon according to me, before ellipse Baggy thanks to Luffy found the map that leads to this famous treasure.
2 years have passed now Baggy the Clown may have got his hands on this treasure (things that made him a Yonko, a man feared by the GM)
