In "Egoistic ni wa Nabikanai" the characters have a common personality problem, but each one manifests it in a different way. The author did not seek to resolve the issue completely, but to show human characters who, upon admitting the problem, are willing to change, also for the sake of someone else loved by.
Due to the Seme x Seme theme, a forced sex/touching scene is already foreseeable, but I advise you not to give up on the manga, as THERE IS NO famous "romanticization of rape"; despite being present, the fact/scene was treated as wrong by both parties, which was great for a "more healthy"
