Their is a lot of strong themes and not a light manga to read, it's not for everyone. Nana to Kaoru is about the SM relationship, two childhood friends engage in breathers. It follows the emotions of Kaoru Sugimura and the connection with his slave/partner Nana. These to mangas explorer different parts of SM, "Nana to Kaoru" is more about the Slave's relationship and care, the softer side of SM whereas "Dorei-ku: Boku to 23-nin no Dorei" is more about the Master's control, people are forced to be a slave when they lose.

It doesn't sound similar, apart from both being superhero manga's but when you read it you can tell both manga's try to describe how a real hero should act by blending serious moments with comedy among action.
