Mahoutsukai no Yome

Both series have a similar main character dynamic. Neuro and Elias are both monsters who don't understand humans very well and need help to learn to do so. They both have a young female partner to teach them about the human world. Yako and Chise are both strong female leads who love to help others. The shows also share a similar main villain. Kaitou X and Cartaphilus are basically the same character. The settings and genre of the shows are very different, but if you like the characters in one, you're likely to like them in the other too.

Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal

Both are good magical girl stories where school girls transform into magical beings to fight the forces of evil and save the world. Where Sailor Moon is the classic magical girl series, Madoka Magica takes a different new approach. Both of these series are worth watching if you haven't already seen them.

Toaru Kagaku no Railgun

Both take place in a city of espers (people with supernatural powers) and normals living side by side. Main character is a powerful esper girl who fights crime with her friends and has high esper level. Where Railgun has a more mature style Zettai Karen Children has a way more mature humor which makes it hard to tell who are the main audiences of these series. Both series have their peeks of fanservice here and there but not in a disturbing level if you're a girl and don't like that stuff.

Kuroshitsuji
add

Both series focus on a (sexy) demon protecting a human kid and the two of them solving mysteries. Where Kuroshitsuji is a very dark anime MTNN is more humorous (in a sadistic way) and maybe easier to watch for guys as well when Kuroshitsuji mainly focuses on female audience.
