The only reason I even picked up this manga was because I liked another work of Satoshi's, Kaikisen.
The art style was of course similar but a little worse than Kaikisen.
There are 4 different chapters, they are not related at all. They are just simple horror ghost stories, but what the 4 chapters have in common is that they all revolve around the same concept of the house being haunted. I hate the horror genre because it's too scary for me, but this was nothing.

The first few chapters give off the vibes of a simple, happy, fun adventure-type manga, but things take a huge turn.
Story: 8 This manga has some of the most satisfying deaths of all time. Great storyline with a lot of plot twists. Art: 6 The panels can be quite messy and the art isn't that great compared to other mangas that I've read, but the story more than makes up for it. Ok, so I've read the first 3 chapters (The only chapters out now)
I must say it's really nice and looks really promising Ok, so the mc made a promise with this girl when they were children to kill all kaijus (monsters) so they tried joining the defense corps. But the mc was kind of weak and he ended up with a job to clean up the corpses of the monsters after the defense corps kill them. He gets new powers one day to turn into a monster. Ok, this manga has action and comedy, and was fun to read. The comedy is especially nice. Do I recommend this manga? Sure, ...

This is just the OVA episode from "We never learn"
Basically here, the characters are invited by mc's mom's friend, as she opens up a new business and that is providing marriage facilities, well basically she opened up a place where people can get married. So all of them try on the outfits including the mc and they all have a photo shoot, It's a really good episode and even if you ship one girl with the mc, it's still fun to watch as all of them get embarassed and their cute reactions were something. MC is OP here, he's like Saitama from opm,
He's worked out so much, he's stronger than magic users. This manga is definitely humorous with bits of comedy here and there, it has slight romance where one girl likes the mc. It's got action nevertheless and quite good too. The manga is more of a comedy type but it's resemblance to Harry Potter is uncanny. It can be seen that this work has been inspired by HP. But still the way he went from living an ordinary life in the countryside to defeating members of the police force and then joining a huge magic school is kinda interesting, you could ...

The anime is basically an anime where people in a town fight over bentos,
Bentos are basically lunch boxes if you didn't know. But why the fighting right? More demand and less supply. The mc in the beginning wakes up and realizes he was knocked out trying to get a bento. The mc then meets a mysterious senpai who then teaches him techniques to get his own bento. This anime has several characters which have interesting appeals. This is a light-hearted anime with no serious plot, so it's good for a fun watch. It has good comedy, so I do recommend. ...

This anime is not so popular but I decided it to give it a try nevertheless.
This anime is really good. I didn't exactly like the animation but it wasn't so bad either. "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and evil for evil", These heroes are the guardians of Japan, but people are not aware of their existence, so they merely protect people from the dark. The mc is a girl who happens to meet one of these heroes known as code breakers by chance. The story soon develops into an interesting and unconventional plot. But to say the truth, to me, the ending seemed kind ...

Alright, this anime is definitely not your light hearted action, comedy anime.
Yes, it does have a very interesting starting which makes it feel as if it is going to be some light-hearted anime, but no. The anime has a really interesting story line and I binge-watched this anime so I can confirm that the anime is really nice. 10/10, I do recommend this anime. All the characters were nicely developed and the ending was rather surprising but a good one. I don't wanna spoil it so I won't describe my feelings in the ending. Even the name 'Angel Beats' had an interesting relation with the anime.

I've read 76 chapters of the manga and hence I am writing this review.
This manga is patently really good, the story seemed rather weak at first but later develops into something really interesting, as the mc begins to search for the meaning of his life. The manga is action filled, and bits of comedy here and there, there are characters in the manga which are really interesting and cute while on the other hand there are characters which are very mysterious but entertaining.
