Easily a 10/10. I have to be honest, it gets a little boring in the middle, but if you push through a little bit, it can lead up into something pretty interesting. Despite that, this anime still sits in my top 10 anime because it is that good. I'm actually quiet surprised that an anime this good can stay this quiet for so long. I have never seen it made an appearence anywhere except on MAL's top tier. The story is so exciting. My jaw dropped almost in every episode, especially towards the end of the series. Honestly my jaw may as well be ... glued to the floor HAHA. There are so many twists and surpriseing things happening in the story. If you're love crime themed movies and not prone to gore and blood, I highly reccomend this one.

If I'm being honest here, it's not recommended. Do you know what makes a movie good? The momentum to the climax and how they give time for the audience to savor the taste (at least that's what I believe). But the movie does not have any momentum at all. Not that the movie is flat, It's actually the exact opposite. They went 100% from the start to the end. So toward the climax, I didn't feel the excitement. What I mean by this is that the movie has so many fighting scenes. More than 70% of the movie is a fighting scene. So when they ... were supposed to WOW us with the amazing fight at the end of the movie, I was already bored. Not exciting anymore. Because they went so hard on the fighting scene, the storyline itself is not that good, just meh and very predictable. This movie is a full-on brawl-out, muscle (magic in this case) strength. So I feel like it's a bit boring. I usually like fighting scenes, but for me, this is too much.

On the other hand, it's visually gorgeous. The animation is DEFINE! Mereoleona looks super pretty with her new look. Same as Jack the Ripper. Love the new looks. Yami looks good as per usual. I have 0 complaints about the visuals. It's stunning.
