Nanatsu no Taizai, or The Seven Deadly Sins was a very good anime that I will probably keep in my mind for some time. The plot is simple, and develops greatly throughout the story. It kept me wanting to watch more after each episode, which allowed me to finish this anime is about two days.
Story-10
The story of Nanatsu no Taizai will always be somewhere in the back of my mind, because it was amazing. The concept of the story was a bit generic at first, but definitely develops throughout all 24 episodes. Elizabeth's reason for requesting help was very reasonable and after meeting every Sin,

the plot would develop a little bit more. Small little things that were hinted at become a large part many episodes later, which was one of the best things about this anime (in my opinion of course).
Art-8
The art for this anime was very good, but due to my personal preference, I didn't enjoy it as much as others. The main characters' art was great but it seemed like the other characters were a bit neglected. They looked like they just took the build from another character, and changed the hair color or the eyes or something like that.
Sound-10
I absolutely loved the anime opening and endings. The OST during the fights were also amazing and perfectly fit the setting. This anime's soundtrack was one of my favorite. I'm a fan of faster paced songs with good rhythm and a nice tune. Both the opening and the ending exceeded that criteria.
Character-7
First, let me just say this. Ban, King, and Meliodas had a great character as well as development during the anime. Ban's past strengthened his chartcter development as well as King's. King's tearjerking past helped him become the way he is now. Although Meliodas's past is more mysterious than the other, it made sense even without further explanation. On the other hand, Diane, Elizabeth, Gowther, and Melin's past (which wasn't even shown) were thrown together. Also, we never met the seventh sin :/. Now, lets get to the point here. Elizabeth. It looked like the author was desperately trying to make Elizabeth look useful at the end when she unleashed her "true power". It felt a bit too pushy to me and didn't glide into the story well. The last complaint I have about the characters is:if someone dies, they should stay dead unless there is a big explanation for their revival.
Enjoyment-9
The anime was pretty good and put its action scenes in the right spot. The flashy battle scenes were my favorite type because of the fast paced action and the accompanying music in the background. Ban and King stood out to me as characters which made the anime stand out even more.
Overall-8
The anime had its ups and downs but overall, it was very good. If it wasn't for Elizabeth, who was poorly portrayed in the anime (in my opinion), the anime would have gotten a higher score.
Thanks for reading this, my reviews are really biased... Sorry :P
