Ah, nice :) I have a hard time picking a favorite for Est Em, but the matador one was definitely up there. Yamashita Tomoko is another very character interaction driven writer. There's something very human in many of her characters. And she writes female characters that I don't dislike--a seemingly rare occurrence. Ono does that as well, plus she's very visually driven.. I pay more attention to her layouts and linework more than most. Nakamura Asumiko is another visually driven author that does a wide range of works like Ono. Manga was getting pretty stagnant for me before I discovered all those ladies. :)

I've been meaning to read Not Simple. I will pick it up next time with Coppers.. should be a good time. :) Yamashita Tomoko and Est Em revived some interest in BL for me. They have very different flavors, but both are good--so you can always give them a try :)

Thanks--I certainly love manga, particularly of the BL variety. And I see you've read some Ono Natsume lately.. I wish more people would!
