Death Note was a really good anime.... at first. The first half of the anime was a fantastic battle of wits and it kept you in suspense wondering who would come out on top. However, after a certain part (don't want to spoil it) the main character became VERY annoying VERY quickly and it got to the point where it was painful to watch. I will give credit to the fact that the music and the art style of the anime was very well done. However, the show started with a high quality story and ended up being very disappointing.
