If you liked Dragon Ball Z add

...then you might like Kinnikuman add

They share the same kind of goofy, over-the-top sensibilities about fighting and humor. Both have a cast of crazy characters(Kinnikuman moreso than DBZ) and both are stories of unlikely heroes rising to the top. You might want to skip the initial episodes though, as it starts out as a fairly bad gag anime before it shifts gears.

...then you might like Hokuto no Ken add

One of the most influential shonen of all time, and perhaps one of Toriyama's inspirations for the type of drama found in the Cell saga? Both have exciting martial arts battles. Both had bad initial dubs.

If you liked Black Jack add

...then you might like Death Note add

Both are cerebral shonen that have little to no fighting in them. Both have a stylistic darkness in the art style. Both involve excellently executed melodrama.

If you liked Shaman King add

...then you might like Bleach add

In addition to having a similar premise, Shaman King also has an offbeat feel to it, just like Bleach. If you can sit through a few of the early episodes(Which try to be Yu Yu Hakusho meets Yugioh), a great adventure show waits just beneath the surface. Both shows have a unique protagonist.

If you liked Fullmetal Alchemist add

...then you might like Black Jack add

Both have the same kind of moral ambiguity in the characters. Both ask philosophical questions(Fullmetal Alchemist: What is life? Should mankind imitate God? Black Jack: Is it right to give up on life for the sake of ending pain? Is it right to operate above the law?). Both can be very sad at times.
