Similar tones, soft colour schemes, frustratingly slow paced underdog romances. I enjoyed KnT but couldn't finish LC anymore because it seemed like it was just going nowhere and it was extremely repetitive.

Both are about adorable looking orphans finding themselves in unfortunate circumstances.

Pretty much the same but with girls instead of boys. Both hilarious!
