Have you already started watching it? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
And in case you have any questions regarding the show, I'd be happy to answer them.
The premise looked plain at first but I think I can entertain myself with the show.
I am going to watch date a live right now, I'm really interested since a lot of people have Kurumi as a favourite char. And I do actually sometimes enjoy harems, don't get me wrong. I like it when girls are attracted to male characters, if the male is a really cool bad ass though.
She has problems.
I am definitely going to check out Shakugan no Shana some day.
The thing with Bleach is: it doesn't have a romantic subplot, it teases you with Orihime blushing and talking to herself about how she loves Ichigo. Ichigo is always utterly oblivious regarding Orihime's feelings towards him, which I can not stand one bit. I searched the entire series for some kind of romance between them, alas, ( spoiler ) it was nowhere to be found. In the end, Bleach is a pretty moderate show with very cool action scenes. That's basically the only thing it's really good at, portraying destruction.
Okay, you got me with your reasons for liking Zero no Tsukaima. I am going to try my hand at it again sometime soon. But I just CANNOT stand the main guy. He. is. such. a dumbass. Correct me if I'm wrong but I get the feeling the creator used that guy's dumbness to keep refreshing the fan-service. I couldn't find that much draft in the plot which makes that statement even more believable for me. Not trying to bring one of your favo shows down though. I respect your preference.
If I would've been in that guy's situation I would've tried to rebel against that stupid-ass monarchy. But then again, that's just my own preference. I am going to watch it though, if you advise me to.
I also used to rate shows regarding how much I enjoyed it but I guess I've become a bit more nitpicky and analyzing over time.
What did you think of Mirai Nikki? It was my first favourite anime but I later decided to remove it from my favourites because i thought it had many plotholes.
What do you think of Inuyasha? I have been planning to watch it for some time now and I saw it in your dropped list. What are your reasons for dropping it?
I am also planning to watch Shakugan no Shana, what do you think are the pros of that anime since I haven't been inclined enough to start watching it.
I saw you were watching Bleach, I'd recommend you look up which arcs are fillers because I found them to be highly uninteresting. Unless you are such a fan of Bleach that you'd want to watch every single episode.
And finally: why did you rate Zero no Tsukaima that high?
I do like my fair share of action and I sometimes adore honest and non-cliché romance. Is Tokyo Ravens, in your opinion, non- or almost not cliché with its romance sub-plot? If so, I'd be more than happy to give it a try.
What do you like to see in anime? Is it only action and romance or do you have other preferences? Let me know. And oh, would you like me to correct your grammar in your future comments and/or reviews? You could boost your English and the quality of your possible future reviews if you're up for it. Aaand I could also learn quite a bit like that.
I did not know the terminology of an Omnibus Format so now the show makes a lot more sense to me, thank you kindly.
I feel your view on this show is close to mine.
Anyway, I saw that Tokyo Ravens is one of your favorite anime. Care to tell me why? I'd like to know since I watched the first episode a long time ago and it sadly did not intrigue me enough to go and watch the entirety of the show.
