The thing is Clannad After Story and many similarly popular titles have always received their "fair shake of the sauce bottle" by a very persistent group of lobbyist. However, as it has been proven time, and time again, the majority of viewers don't give a damn about these activists and justifiably so. A good thing they don't usually have the ability to hide their transparency.
I also love how said bashers are always the ones who love throwing mud at fans but can't accept punishment. So helpless and cute, it's adorable.
To avoid being Captain Obvious, you should consider that:
1) No one is denying you or any other activist the right to a personal opinion. So you shouldn't complain about others rights to have an opinion too ya know.
2) Opinions are opinions. Facts are facts. The fact that After Story is one of the highest rated anime in various sites while LOGH is simply the highest ranked in anidb and MAL is a fact.
This doesn't mean that you aren't allowed to believe AS shouldn't be there. It doesn't mean that AS is the best anime evah, durh!!!! It does mean that you should stop clowning around with the absolute. Leave it at that.
3) Resist temptation to be a fisherman. I know the AS forum is a fishing hotspot but you never know what you might hook. A fish too big for you to reel it seems.
Anyway, great effort, terrible analysis, horrible interpretation, zero innovation. Don't be discouraged though. I do hope you carry on your act for the amusement of us silly fanboys.
