This anime really surprised me. At first I didn't think it was anything special. I have seen a lot of romance anime, so I thought I could predict who he ended up marrying. I was sooooo wrong! This anime was different from a lot of harem romance anime. A lot of the time, the guy doesn't end up with anyone and its up to interpretation. So I really really appreciate that he ends up with one of them. I really thought he was gonna end up with one of them the whole time, but nope! He ends up with the most unexpected one! So great!

So I actually just finished love and lies and I wanna be honest. I have noticed that a lot of people kind of dislike this anime. However, I am here to give a positive (for the most part) review. Okay I wanna start off saying that I really like the art style in this show. I think the characters are cute and enjoyable. Now, I do have one complaint. Okay so I just put this on to crochet to and I completely got absorbed in it. The story is good and the art is so cool. The male lead Minato I really fell for. Okay so, where to begin. I just finished it and I am speechless. BRUHHHH! I can't get over the ending. Can I just say how connected I felt to the main character when he was going through his depression moment. I could literally feel his emotions spilling out of him. It felt so realistic and touching. That part just grabbed my heart and crushed it like a grape. Other than that, I truly did enjoy this anime, and that's rare. So I just got done watching this and I had to write a review. This is my first so hopefully I dont say any spoilers.
Okay so at first I was very confused. But I kept watching cus the main character had me hooked. I wanted to know why he is the way he is. As I kept watching, I found myself getting sucked into this story. The art is amazing, the characters were amazing, everything was just.... wow. The end killed me. My heart just aches.
