Fucking sucks. It's ticking the "how many edgy things" checklist and it probably hits all of them except incest which I'm told occurs later in the novels. You got rape, sex slaves, the guy's cum is somehow the cure for AIDS, cancer, and COVID-19. It's a power fantasy for deranged individuals.
Aside from all of that the powers don't make any sense or have logical consistency. Main fucker's ability is called "heal" it can apparently do the following: reverse time, change appearance, heal amputations, steal knowledge, dissolve metal, erase and program people's memory, increase dick size, purify water, and general chemistry but it can't revive
