Kara no Kyokai has taken up the third spot in my list of 10 out of 10 rated animes. This anime has everything you could want. A interesting story, complex characters, and absolutely outstanding animation. The show follows a man named Kokuto as he gets closer to the mysterious Shiki Ryougi. a girl with the ability to see the flaws in all of creation, and thus destroy them. Shiki is one of the most complex and interesting characters I've ever seen and I highly recommend that you give this show a watch. Based off the book by Alexander Dumas, this show follows aristocrat Albert as he meets the charismatic Count of Monte Cristo. The first thing you notice when you start this anime is the art. It is done is a unique style that looks like wall paper of all things and it's really pretty. Now I can't talk about this show with mentioning my favorite character of all time. The Count. No other character is as diabolically awesome as The Count, every time he's on screen you know it's gonna be awesome. This is a must watch.
