Since I previously played the game and got one of the good endings, THIS THING BLEW ME AWAY.
It was totally not expected.. I literally had my mouth opened wide at the end, great job was done with this anime! Of course you don't get enough time to relate to the characters and y'know, bond with them.. As this is a very rushed version of the game, but nonetheless, it was very similar to it to my surprise! This anime didn't disappoint me one bit. c:

I don't quite know what to say.. I've never been moved by an anime, this is the only anime that actually made me cry, I loved this one with all my heart and I'd rewatch it a million times without getting bored.
You really get to know each character, they develop perfectly as though they were puzzle pieces that completed each other. I loved every character and that doesn't normally happen, there's always a character or two that I don't like. I loved the love triangle between Sorata, Mashiro and 'Ponytail'. c: Misaki was the most beautiful and exciting character and her relationship with Jin ...

Alright, most of us are usually attracted to mysterious series and characters, patiently waiting for the full storyline to reveal itself blowing your mind away into the heights of the sky.. Akuma no Riddle totally gives
you this impression about it right from the first episode. Story 7/10 The reason I gave it a 7? Because I was a little disappointed by how not-so-deep, compicated/not understandable this series turned out to be. It gives you that perfect impression at first but as the episodes continue you kind of find out it's a bit shallow, but it still has a good storyline, just not one that would blow ... |
