I had no intention of reading this manga as i was actually looking for another one, but on the off chance i decided to try it and wow am i glad i did. when i started reading this manga i thought it was going to be a generic slice of life ecchi manga but with the gender roles reversed and for the first 10-15 chapters i definitely felt i was right in my assumption but gladly as i continued i found out I was very wrong.
this manga while being a romcom tackles some pretty serious and adult topics like: Abandonment,Neurodiversity, adoption, commitment, gender
...
roles,Transgenderism and spousal abuse and while i cant say it handled every topic the best I feel like the author did a good job of exploring those through the various arcs of the manga.
I also love the FL and ML, the Female lead is fiercely independent and intelligent but lacks any social ability where as the ML starts arrogant and prideful but becomes a loving husband and as the story progresses they truly do balance each other out perfectly as they grow together. i also love how it explores gender roles and the prejudice that comes with being a house husband.
Overall if you want a pretty funny but sometimes serious romcom with a strong female lead i highly suggest this hidden gem.
