Nana... It was a long journey.
First, I'd like to say that I'm a fan of stories with drama in relationships and drama in common. Also, I like stories with plot, so why did I only now start it...?
Nana is the story about life and the main idea of this story is love. Love between people. How they meet each other, how they love each other and how they break up with each other. Some do it because they find a better person, some – because feelings have already not the same as it was in the beginning, and some people have to do
...
it because they love.
But, in the first place, this story about love between girls, between girl friends. How they meet each other one snowy day, by chance.
They had never met before, they have different appearance and character – one of them is intrusive girl just like puppy that always ready to chat with her the whole life long, and the other one is like alone quite rose in garden, listening to everything puppy said. Different at all, and having nothing common, but name, they fall in love at first sight.
So, why I like ‘Nana’? Well, like I said before, I like drama and plot stories. For me, this story also was full of emotions and experience. In first time when I only started Nana, I didn’t believe in it, because I didn’t fancy how everything will be like people were saying about it, but, with time, tension gets higher, and I didn't care about anything, I just cried over Nana’s story, and then over the further plot actions. Then, I’m imbued of both Nanas’ stories and grieve over them. I wanted a happy end for both of girls.
It is also worth mentioning a touching openings and endings. They started with aggressive, but romantic ‘rose’ and stopped with expressive ‘a little pain’; they continued with great ‘Wish’, and ended with painful and very beautiful ‘Kuroi Namida’.
The thing I don't like about 'Nana' is how characters easy lost control of their emotions in the begining. It was just stupid and... unreal, huh.
And art. I don't care about graphics, but it's quiet unwonted when you just started watch it.
