This anime is pretty good if you are below 10 years old or 50 IQ. Then you will definitely enjoy it.
If the show's target audience is kids it means that logic can be bent however you want? To the point when characters don't even feel human... What's up with 25 episodes too? 6 could be a perfect fit, because characters don't develop anyways. Everything is shoved in the last 4 episodes.

This anime should have a "Slice of life" tag.
Because it is so slow, with so much talking that some episodes don't even need visuals, but even with that, there is close to no character development. On top of that, there are too much illogical and too easy-to-predict things. When I finished all 22 eps, I didn't even care anything for the characters or the story. How badly can the story progress if I feel like that after watching the last episode... It is such a waste because the idea itself is very interesting and the animations are pretty good too.

Easily the best anime this year.
This anime has something that hasn't been done before. Blending non-traditional anime visual styles and for some reason, it feels very natural in the show. I don't know why people compare it to "K-On!". K-On! Is more on the slow "slice of life" side. But "bocchi" pace is a lot faster and there is always something happening, you never know what's coming next (that's probably the best part of this anime for me).
