I recommend this since this is the best animated depiction of Berserk, but if I recommend something it would be the Berserk manga. It's a story about a protagonist with a questionable moral, seeking revenge with those fiends that took away the things he used to love. Both are dark fantasy (even though Goblin Slayer's color palette doesn't fit that well), medievalesque stories, but Berserk goes more towards a linear story and Goblin Slayer to an episodic one. Berserk is also more immersive, since Goblin Slayer sometimes resembles more an RPG than an actual world.

An anime about a main character without potential have dreams out of their reach, they want to be the best at something they can't be. Guided by a mentor, who is also the person that inspired their dreams, and with the company of good friends, the main character fights with classes, villains and their own limits to reach their dreams.
