At first, I thought Charlotte was seriously going to be one of my favorite anime of all time. I couldn't have been more mistaken.
like the majority of anime Charlotte starts with an interesting story. Maybe the idea of a school for teenagers with superpowers isn't exactly original, but i find that some anime manage to hit it of from a seemingly stereotypical start, to an entirely original and entertaining end. This process that Charlotte should have and would have done. THAT is the kind of potential that Charlotte showed.

I must admit that I did not expect D.Gray-man to be this awesome when i first read it. I recommend it to anyone and everyone. The plot was very well structured, the characters were very well thought of, but the art was both amazing and horrible. The mangaka clearly knows how to draw people when they are standing still and i thought the way she drew the characters expression was excellent. the only thing that was bad was the fight scenes, and especially the Edo arc. i must admit that that is one whole arc which half of i did not understand .
