There's no ninjas, there's no ninjutsu and there's no point. I could spend hours writing a detailed review about this absolute disgrace of a manga but I don't think it even deserves that.

If you like Boruto that's fine but I implore you to think about why you like it. Is it because the manga is actually really good? Or is it because you associate it with a better series (Naruto)? After going through the hell that was part one of Boruto I was kind of excited to see what they were going to do with the time skip, not because I was enjoying the series ... but because I wanted this, THE sequel to Naruto to redeem itself and what did we get? 3 month hiatus wasted, chapter one actually feels really rushed and it's mostly a recap to establish what we (the readers) already know in a way that doesn't even make sense in universe. Like come on 3 years went by and you guys didn't talk about the current situation at all? This manga doesn't respect the readers intelligence at all and it shows in the quality itself.

That's more of a review than this pile of garbage deserves. Read higher quality stuff people, you don't need to settle for the less than mediocre. And this is coming from someone who'd consider Naruto to be a 7/10












Also wtf is up with the fashion choices? Mikio Ikemoto actually needs to fucking chill.
