Part 3... A lot of things changed this part which was the reason a lot of people stopped watching/reading the manga at this point. The story which was more linear before became more random with the villain of the week formula they went with, also, stands were introduced leaving the previous power system behind.
The stands were really basic for the most part, which is understandable since Araki had just created them and was getting used to them, this is something that gets better in the second arc of part 3, and even better in part 4.
The art direction is still similar to parts 1 ...

Inferno Cop (Anime) add
This was probably one of the funniest things I ever watched, it parodies anime perfectly, it's really over the top and random, the characters are great and the animation is very simple but it works for what they went for here, ost can be good at times and forgettable at others.
Each episode is about 3/4 minutes long so it's a show you can get through really quickly, which is one of the reasons I recommend you checking it out if you haven't yet.

This is my review for parts 1 and 2.

Part 1 was the weakest part of the ones I have watched so far (currently on part 5), but it's far from being bad like some people say.
The art direction was really good, loved the color scheme changes in specific. The soundtrack was good, not amazing but not bad neither. I love how they kinda referenced Emerson Lake & Palmer in the soundtrack for Tarkus, which was similar to ELP's stuff.
The story was decent, of course not as good as future parts but it was definitely very entertaining, really loved Dio and Jonathan, but of course, ...
