Golden kamui really shows just how an anime can produce that much beauty in a simple work of art. No bullshit; hype strategy; exaggerated fantasies to impress the common one. A human centered story filled with tears of joy and sadness; dealing with several aspects of human nature in such an authentic and beautiful way; bringing up the duality between destructive pattern of the modern society and primitive people who leave naturally.
