Doing my due diligence in writing a review for this (one-shot) from the Author of Skip Beat ( a personal fav) this manga is about a young boy who is transgender and a magical fairy promises to turn him into a girl if he manages to raise a plant and eat the fruits of said plant. The crutch is that the MC wants to turn because of his crush/rival who eventually turns into a friend over their bond of gardening. The translation only goes up to Volume on one (Split into "2") but there's another raw volume that I've skimmed. The story progresses a little
