I really loved this anime, though I agree the manga was better. Typically though you will find that reading it is always better. That being said if you enjoy the dystopia futuristic setting for anime this one works well!
I typically am very happy watching anime one online but this one I actually bought.
Story line wise the anime tries to shove a lot of information into a short 11 episodes, but I think that when it comes to covering the story line they writers did a pretty good job considering the amount of information that needed to be incorporated.
