This story is beautiful. There has only been two other anime series to make me cry and those were Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Ao haru Ride, or Blue Spring Ride, and that was because I had watched the whole series in two days. anime; this story is beautiful. I had a difficult time with this one. I, being an artist and a poet, highly respect the metaphorical use of each character's abilities/ talents/ interests for the purpose of learning about yourself and those who are close to you. I have been through a lot. My trust has been betrayed so many times. I'm constantly being questioned about my lack of eye contact or my sensitivity to touch and sound. I see my self in almost every character here. I'm the part of Noe who believes so much in others because she don't know how to believe in herself. I am the mom who can't give her trust up. I am Hiromi, who felt misplaced in her own home, the one place she should feel safe and relaxed. I am Shinichiro, who doesn't know how to feel about those he loves or who he loves or even how he loves the people he loves. I see me in every aspect of this anime and that is the reason I love it so much. That and the soundtrack is everything.
