One season of the anime would require, lets say, 20 chapters. So I expect at least 1.5-2 years until we see a new season.
They could take another route, making an original story for the anime but it is unlikely, maybe 1 or 2 OVAS meanwhile.
Also, the anime's ending is original I think, and it is not faithful to the manga, so it seems the mangaka doesn't care that much about anime's accuracy. (I can't confirm this since I don't know how the arc of Nagoya ends in the manga.)
Haven't heard anything about the manga stoping.
Try new animes and mangas maybe that will help you to forget a bit about this.
I will start the manga right now, for real, I spent all the time yesterday making memes...
