If you liked Rance 01: Hikari wo Motomete The Animation add

...then you might like Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! add

Both shows are very comedic. The main similarity is the protagonist, Kazuma in Konosuba and Rance in well Rance. It's eponymous. Rance's character is able to carry the franchise alone. Both protagonists are young men, Kazuma is about 16 whereas Rance is in his 20's. They live life on their own terms. The difference is that Rance is able to get away with it better. Both shows occur in a fantasy type world but the protagonist in Konosuba is transported from our world to the fantasy world, Rance is not. Both men's actions could both be described as "questionable". Rance is basically Kazuma's character taken to the extreme. Whereas Kazuma is pitifully weak Rance is not. Rance is very strong which compliments his character greatly, although it's unfortunate for everyone around him. Konosuba has several developed characters but Rance focuses primarily on Rance himself and few others except maybe Sill. I can't believe I'm saying this but Rance actually has more of an overarching story whereas Konosuba is more episodic. Both shows focus mostly on comedy and there are few emotional moments. If you like Rance you'll probably like Kazuma and vice-versa. I enjoyed both shows greatly and laughed throughout. They are both worth a watch and Rance is only four episodes so it won't take up much of your time.

If you liked Umineko no Naku Koro ni add

...then you might like Euphoria add

Umineko and euphoria both have very complex stories that leave you with a serious sense of WTF? Umineko may not be as ahem, sexual as euphoria but they both have their share of violence and gore. The atmosphere of both is also similar. Additionally both are based on excellent VNs that are superior to the animated works but are still rewarding to watch. Finally the main female lead of both is visually identical and acts much in the same way. I've seen euphoria several times and think that anyone who enjoyed one will like the other. Beware vanilla scrubs may be put off.

If you liked Sakigake!! Cromartie Koukou add

...then you might like Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou add

Both are about mostly boys attending high school and the comedic adventures that ensue. The humor is similar in both. In Danshi koukousei no nichijou the main characters are average teenagers whereas in sakigake!! Cromartie koukou the characters are supposedly all delinquents. Neither show has much of a plot and both are episodic. Both break the fourth wall fairly frequently.
