Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai, or So Cute it Hurts, may not sound interesting from the given desciption of twins switching places. Mitsuru, the boy twin, goes to his sister's co-ed school, while Megumu, the girl twin goes to Mitsuru's all boys school, where they both run into "the ones."
