This show made me teared up. LITERALLY.
It's like this show doesn't even know when to hit you with an emotional baseball bat, it just made me depressed.
I have likes and dislikes with this anime so let me start with the good bits.
First off, the animation is done marvelously specially that peek to the "parallel world" and to that girl with a robot. They also did a really good job with its comedic moments however sometimes i cant help but feel its just downright silly, no offence. Soundtrack is great although i still prefer dango daikazouku as the ending and the dub is actually

quite good. The supporting characters are also i would say rather quite unique as all of them stands out and whenever you don't see them for a while and they got a screen time you will be like'yes! how's it going?'. It just felt like you are also a friend of that particular character. The best thing about this show however is on how they made a really great focus on the meaning and importance of family. From nagisa with her parents to tomoya's relationship with her daughter, its so touching and those scenes can range from uplifting to 'for-godsake-why-did-that-exist-traumatizing-moments'. I just really loved tomoya and nagisa and i wish the story continued even after the show ended, it feels a bit teasing to me. However while im singing praises over here i also had some issues that led me to give this show a 9/10.
First and foremost this anime had a really rough start. I mean the first 8 episodes feels like filler episodes to me and i can also think of some other ways on how you can start this marvelous anime and lasty: the ending.
how can i start with this, first off i can't say any spoilers but to those who watched the shows, you know what i mean, like after all that things happened, it was suddenly kicked out of the window and that's it, btw i still loved that ending because im not against it.
With all that in mind i can still say loads of things on why i love this anime and how i can relate to it. It has a good balance between comedy and drama and one thing i like with this show, is because of that most of high school love story anime usually ends up in high school again and the most you can get is a kiss that is why i give props to the story-writers of this anime for taking the initiative to make romantic anime that gets the story out of high school and continuing it because i don't know any other anime that does the same as well. Overall i would recommend this anime to everyone i don't care who you are but just bring a box of tissue and a glass of water when watching this masterpiece.
