The title is actually a play on words. Usotsuki meaning liar and lily, which actually means yuri (translation of yuri is lily). So the title is actually Liar Lesbian essentially because that's what the story is about. The heroin, Hinata, was confessed by the hottie En, the "hero" (doesn't sound nice like heroin).
