I really liked this anime because I think it was inspiring. Utena’s character was very sympathetic because she’s not a stenciled girl character, but she has her own weaknesses (like naive behavior). The protagonist seemed real, I could feel with her. I think the characters were well written. It was good that I gradually learned more and more about them and their past. Secrets, feelings they didn’t want to admit, and the mistakes they made made the characters human. The story was interesting overall, the symbols and mysteries made the anime exciting.
