yes. in fact I do. if you go on the anime's page, there are multiple pages available to you. right of the picture, there is a blue highlighted text that says "details". right of there, are multiple options. please click "reviews". on the page will be multiple reviews of the show. to the top-ish right, theres a button "write a review" there you can write it.
conversely, if you go on an anime page, scroll to the reviews, press more reviews (which is to the right), you'll come to the same page of reviews. you can press there "write a review" and write it.
