I was a little hesitant with the anime, as I had just finished Sword Art Online, and was hoping it would not just be a simple copy. I can say that I was very surprised and even a little upset that the story ended, as I wanted more.

So this is my first ever anime review, so let us hope I do not screw up.
I found Berserk because I was looking for something with a lot of action and some good ol' gore. I had just finished a few slow anime and really wanted death and killing. Berserk did not disappoint at all. Yes, the art is old, but the story is amazing. I loved the character development and was hooked on this show from the start. Then we get to the end.
