The problem with Solo Leveling is not the pacing. While the pacing is pretty bad, and the anime does a poor job of explaining the world, the story contradicts itself.
The viewer is told that portals to dungeons have started randomly appearing across the nation, and the monsters contained within have started spilling over into the real world. Some civilians have awakened, and become Hunters. Hunters can take on Dungeons and kill the monsters contained within to collect their soul cores, which they can then sell for money. Hunters are graded based on their magic power, from E Rank to S Rank, and Dungeons are ranked

according to their difficulty. Once a Hunter awakens, they cannot increase their rank with the sole exception of experiencing a Second Awakening.
As one would expect, a lower ranked dungeon provides low rewards, while a higher ranked dungeon provides much better rewards. Meet Jinwoo, an E-Rank Hunter who is known as the Weakest Hunter. He's so weak that he often comes back from E-Rank dungeons all beat up, and with barely anything to show for his efforts. But he persists because he has a Sister, whom he wants to send to College, and a sick Mother whose hospital care he needs to pay for.
After having a near-death experience, Jinwoo is given the chance to "become a player". He is miraculously teleported to the entrance of the dungeon with barely any injuries. Upon awaking in the hospital, he realizes he now has access to a special game-like screen that gives him special tasks that he can complete to increase his attributes, much like a video game character. Jinwoo goes from being the weakest E-Rank Hunter to nearly one-shotting a D-Rank Boss with a broken sword.
Solo Leveling is creatively bankrupt. Jinwoo is a boring protagonist, and the world has made an exception just for him. To sum up Solo Leveling, I would have to say that the story is mid, but the visuals are very much on-point.

Shikimori-san is not just a cutie
That much is true. Shikimori is a good character. She's pretty, kind, supportive, compassionate and talented at everything she does. She's definitely more than just a cutie. The anime would've been better served with Shikimori as protagonist, rather than Izumi.
Izumi is about as bland and boring as protagonists come. He's clumsy, timid, and ridiculously unlucky. He's not particularly good at anything. He's determined not to be timid. Unfortunately, the only times we really see him not being timid is when he's cheering on Shikimori. The way the anime portrays Izumi doesn't do him or the anime itself any favors.
The anime

is good. The art style is really nice, and the side characters actually have personality and get a decent amount of screen time. It's a true slice of life anime, packed with comedy and romance that's free of the typical harem trope. It's refreshing. Izumi and Shikimori are a good couple, and their relationship is at least somewhat realistic.
All in all, the anime is actually quite enjoyable with the only real flaw being that Izumi just doesn't make a good protagonist. Perhaps Izumi would make a better protagonist were he depicted from the perspective of Shikimori, as viewers would then be able to see what it is she likes about him.

There isn't much that can really be said about Jitsu wa Watashi wa. The story seems to take on tropes from other anime and could almost be considered a reverse Rosario to Vampire.
Jitsu wa Watashi wa is set in an ordinary High School. Kuromine Asahi is known as a leaky basket to his friends because he is such an open book that he's unable to convincingly tell a lie. For the longest time, he has had feelings for Shiragami Youko who's one of his classmates. After a bunch of encouragement from his friends, he decides to try to confess to her after school. He discovers,

however, that things are not what they seem when he finds out that his crush is actually a vampire. After finding out that she's unable to have friends due to a promise she made with her father, Kuromine Asahi vows to protect her secret so that she doesn't have to leave school.
That's about the gist of the story. From this point on, the show comically adds characters one after another that come to like him. The show goes on like this with the typical dramas associated with a typical harem rom-com and ends on a rather pitiful conclusion where nothing is resolved. While the characters, sound and art are all very generic and rather forgettable, the show had enough potential that, had it followed the source material, would have been far better than it actually is.
For me, this anime was a hit and a miss. It had moments where it was okay, but it was too centered on being a comedy for it to make any kind of logical sense. Instead of things going the way they should have, Jitsu wa Watashi wa goes out with a flop rather than a bang. It's good if you're after some lighthearted humor, but if you're expecting a story, you'll find yourself quite disappointed.
I highly recommend reading the manga rather than watching the anime.

It's not often I find a Anime that I can enjoy so much without finding any flaws in it. Dusk Maiden of Amnesia is possibly one of the best Anime I have ever watched. I have only one complaint about this anime, and that is Okonoge's (English dub) voice being that shrill, girly voice that tends to grate on one's nerves. That aside, the rest of the anime is amazing.
It's funny, has an excellent story that keeps you interested every step of the way and most of the characters actually have likable traits. Unfortunately, this anime is rather short. Thankfully though, while it is short,

it does provide you with the sense that it doesn't really need any more episodes once you've seen the last episode.
I give this anime a 10 in all departments even though I found Okonogi to be a rather annoying character. The music for this anime is just amazing. I loved the opening and closing songs. They were among the best I've heard and I rarely even bother listening to them more than once. So, I highly recommend watching this anime if you haven't seen it yet.
