This is my first review and it will be very short.
Had the anime followed the quality of its 1st half, I would have given it a 8/10 easily, maybe a bit more. The art is nice, the OST pretty good with some very nice tracks here and there and world design quite interesting with its own take on zombies and survival in a steampunkish feudal Japan
Instead it took a plunge at the 2nd half introducing character designs not fitting the setting and pretty crappy events with dull motivations.
The end of episode 11 hinted towards some resolutions and heavy action / drama. Instead we get
