Goodness, where to start with this? Death Note has been one of the best series I've ever seen in my entire life. It's plot just blew me away. It was so amazing. The characters were also very interesting, like Light, the power-hungry genius intent on creating a better world. Then you have L, who, despite his age, is just so adorable, especially when he's eating sweets. Let us not forget Near and Mello, who were also very important to the story. I liked those two. They were fun characters, in a sense.
I think what I really liked about this series was the plot. Death Note

Soul Eater, while one of the lesser known series, is generally a good one to view. The plot is amazing, and original, as far as I can tell, and the cast of characters are lovable. Soul Eater can get serious, but at the same time, humor is added in there, and you can't help but crack a smile at it, especially whenever Death the Kid freaks out due to his obsession with symmetry.
I liked this series mostly for the characters, but I also liked it because of the plot line. I tend to like series with "original" plot lines since they don't seem to be ...

This is such a great anime, and such a great series. While I was sad that it had to end so suddenly, it was great while it lasted. I love everything about it: the plot, the characters, the art, and so much more. It's the first series to have made me laugh out loud, literally. The dub was great too, and I don't care what other people have to say about it. The American VAs were very good, and I wouldn't have chosen anybody else for them. I hope, that once the manga's run comes to an end, the anime will have a second part.
