This anime is simply-amazing. This is not your facial expression jokes but are intended to make you relate to them. Story is set where dead inside mc works at a TV children program. Dealing with kids, director, colleague interactions is his life.
Characters are good, Uramichi, iketeru, utana and two juniors are amazing in their own way.
Voice acting: Cast is god tier. Mamoru as usual stands out alot with his precious voice and ed is also sung by him.
Animation: It's good, not that outstanding but its SOL anime so its fits great. Also, some dance animation are really great.

First of all, OP is banger, you can't skip this opening. Music is outstanding and bgm is supporting too well through the anime.
As for art, I must say it could be better but still with this art anime is amazing It is romcom anime but not the typical cliche type where boy and girl develops feelings and jealousy stuff etc. This starts right off with marriage and I must say the story is pretty wholesome.
