Kaguya-hime no Monogatari is one of the best movies ever. I can't describe how i much i love this animated work from Isao Takahata. I just love the way how this was made...
The story is based on a japanese folk and it's just adopted on the right way for the modern media. You just can feel how real the story is, even if it isn't, but if you want to understand what i mean you have to watch the movie first.
This anime is a great example for the art in the art category. The painting is just half made, so when you watch the movie

An aswesome opening, and nothing more, or maybe??? Lets check it!
If you think this anime is telling something about the death, than your mind is cheated with the madhouse "good" fanservice, there are nothing behind the anime. The story was just tipical and recurring, but you can easily think that the anime's tale was much more better and interseting, but not! I just saw people who are close to the death, and after that they are ralized the truth... and everybody cried. The symbolism was great, for an exapmle they played well with the hair color, but belive in me, there are nothing more! The art ...

Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin is a great anime, which focuses on the real friendship and the power of that.
Rainbow is a story about seven prisoner in a reform school, they spend months together and with the time they are getting closer to each other. The story is very unique, i never saw an anime on a reform school. The tale was continuous with little gaps. In the anime we have seven main characters, with different personality. In the first episode we learn why they are in the reform school, but in the following epsiodes we will know the real reasons behind their sins... The art is ... |
